X-ray showing complete absence of the Radius 4 year old child having complete absence of the Radius

This 4 year old child had a complete absence of the Radius with  a severe bowing of the ulna and there was an overall shortening of the limb also.

 
Two level operation done on the patient
A Two level operation was done in which the hand was pulled out of the varus deformity at the level of the wrist and the ulna was straightened out and lengthened.

 
After treatment X-ray after treatment
Finally in the last stage, the wrist was centralized and the ulna was lengthened by a total of about 9 cms.
