24 year old suffering from Turners Syndrome Bilateral double level Tibial lengthening
This 24 year old postgraduate student was suffering from Turners Syndrome and stood at a height of 4'6".

 

 

 Bilateral double level Tibial lengthening was started and the patient was able to walk quite freely during the treatment

X-rays taken during the treatment show about 7.5 cms of length at each level giving 15 cms of height overall.

At the end of the treatment which lasted 16 months, she gained 6" and now stands taller than her mother.
